Inventory ships from within California to licensed California retailers, so transit times are short compared to cross country freight.
Adult Signature Required
Tobacco shipments require an adult signature on delivery. Someone twenty one or older needs to be present to sign for the shipment.

What does shipping cost?

Is the $500 threshold based on product total or the full order?
The threshold is based on your product total before the shipping fee is added. Your cart will show whether you have reached it before you check out.
Do you charge more for heavy or bulky orders?
No. The shipping fee is based on order total, not weight or case count.
Who can receive the delivery?
Tobacco shipments require an adult signature. Someone twenty one or older must be present at the delivery address to sign. Shipments cannot be left unattended.
What if my order arrives damaged or short?
Check your shipment against the packing slip when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, contact your Phillips and King representative right away so we can resolve it.
Do you ship outside California?
PK California serves licensed California retailers. If you operate outside California, contact your Phillips and King representative about the right account for your locations.
